I have to good fortune of working at a newspaper where I can use my photographic skills.  It's an interesting job that creates mixed emotions. On the one hand,  the adrenaline rushes as you run out the door to photograph a structure fire or car wreck.  And at the same time  you wish the best for the ones that have lost their homes, pets, belongings etc.  And you hope for healing to those involved in car crashes with injuries.  It has given me a special appreciation for emergency personnel that work tirelessly to keep us all safe.  They risk their own lives for us and rarely get the recognition they deserve.

The paper job also has given me the opportunity to meet some interesting people.  People with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. I am blessed to have this job!

I had the opportunity to photograph Baby Aiden near his 3 month birthday.  What a precious baby!

Best Wishes to Justin as he prepares to graduate from
Warrenton High School.  Good luck Justin.
